Best Hotels in Europe

Based on a survey of industry awards, resort star ratings, and customer evaluations, these are the greatest hotels in Europe. A Gold badge was awarded to hotels that scored in the top 10% of the Best Hotels in Europe. Following the rated hotels, hotels are arranged by hotel class, then by customer rating.

Grand Hotel De Cala Rossa, Porto-Vecchio

Corsicans have a terrible reputation for being unfriendly, especially in comparison to their island neighbors, but there are two sides to life here: the one enjoyed by residents – entrance to hidden beaches and a warm feeling of community – and the more polished, weapons experience seen by visitors. In the summer, the hotel’s gardens vibrate with the sound of birds and insects, and it features its sliver of the seaside with couches and pashminas.

Le Bristol, Paris

This 19th-century bright mountainside home adjacent to the Serrana de Ronda is unusual indeed, as an alternative to the frantic and garish flamboyance of neighboring Marbella. The lakeside cabin has been converted into a hotel. Breakfast is served on a typical building – in making balcony with thick hanging jasmine vines sheltering the tables and capturing views of the Costa del Sol in the distance, with pan con tomato, jamón Ibérico, and freshly squeezed orange juice. Surrounded by a clean saltwater swimming pool

Alcuzcuz, Andalucia, Spain

Casa Cook in Rhodes is one of the few hotels that managed to survive after Thomas Cook went bust. It’s ideal for groups of friends searching for leisurely days in the sun and poolside yoga, or couples looking for off-the-beaten-path activities. In June, nightly rates start at roughly $300, including breakfast

Da Pergola, a boutique hotel in Cascais, is now undergoing maintenance and will reopen in June. This is the place to go if you’re looking for a relaxing, bed-and-breakfast ambiance in a restored historical estate. Rates in June start at roughly $190 per night.

Wherever you go for a vacation it is important to book a good architecture building hotel. It’s essential to highlight that, especially in Europe, all-inclusive does not equal grown-ups. While there are a few all-inclusive alternatives on our list, the elderly simply implies that young children are not permitted at the hotel or resort, whether it is a large worldwide chain or a tiny boutique establishment.
